The DhoonyaFIT Challenge is an incentive based program that supports your health goals through the innovative and highly effective DhoonyaFIT workout program, cross training and nutritional suggestions and most importantly a community of support and strength.
How Do You Participate?
You have to make a few very easy and fun commitments. If you stick to the program, you run the chance of winning AWESOME prizes.
Here’s what you are making a promise to do:
- Attend a minimum of 3 DhoonyaFIT classes/week
- Cross train on DhoonyaFIT off days
- Maintain a healthy diet
- Document your progress
- Share your photos, videos, etc of your Dhoonya journey with us and your community
The DhoonyaFIT Challenge is designed to challenge the cardiovascular and skeletal systems of the body. You understand that DhoonyaFIT Challenge instructors are not nutritionists or physical trainers. We strictly advice that if you have any physical ailment, are taking medication, or otherwise are not in physically excellent condition suitable for strenuous activity, you should first consult with, and get approval from, a physician or a health care provider prior to beginning the DhoonyaFIT Challenge.
